Trip organizer, who are you?
My name is Sebastian Filutowski and my primary profession is running an Ophthalmology practice. I race FTR, ride at Croom about once a month, organize Dirt and Street Bike trips, and all sorts of other fun things. I have over 60 5-star reviews on Google and plenty of references within the dirt bike community that I can provide you with if you do not already know who I am. Check out my YouTube Channel to see more of what we do.
Trip Logistics/Administrative FAQs:
How much does it cost/what is included? It’s $950 to put your bike on the trailer. Your payment covers ONLY transport to and from Idaho. If you sign up for Utah AND Idaho, the cost is only $700 per trip. I offer discounts for those who help with the driving.
I have a lot of questions, where do I start? - Read the FAQ to get some context. Then, text, email, or Facebook message me and we can set up a time to talk.
How many spots do you have? I can take 20 bikes and have 8 spots remaining.
Do we ride together/is there a guide? The short answer is that you are on your own, and I can provide you with the GPX files for the trails/loops I have set up for myself. You may be able to ride with us after vetting.
Flight/Transport/Lodging/Food? - You are responsible for coordinating your flight, transport to and from McCall, lodging, and food. That being said, for each trip I create a group Facebook page where you will be able to chat with the other riders to coordinate carpools to and from the airport, ride groups, lodging, etc.
Is there room in the truck so I don’t have to pay for a flight? - I look for three drivers to assist me each trip. If you are interested in driving (save on flights and I give you a discount), reach out and we can discuss.
How do I sign up? Your spot is considered reserved only after I have received your signed transportation agreement, which can be downloaded by clicking here, and your payment. Payment can be made through Zelle (407) 314-5596, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check. Text, email, or Facebook message me if you have any questions and/or once you believe you’ve signed up so that I can confirm everything is in order for you.
Riding Specific FAQs:
What’s the riding like? - Check out my Idaho YouTube Playlist. It has a videos of Idaho riding and some of the trails I will be doing. If you don’t like single track, there is also fantastic dual sport riding on and off pavement, and on off-road jeep trails. You will not have time to get close to riding everything available!
Does my bike need to be street legal? OHV pass and Spark Arrestor? - Most of us won’t have street legal bikes. You will need an OHV sticker which can be purchased here, and will need to have a spark arrestor.
What else can you say about riding in Idaho? - The elevation can be high and Idaho is very remote. The bikes will make a little less power, and so will you. Physical activity at high altitude is more taxing than at sea level here in Florida. Ideally you will ride with a buddy and have emergency communication capability to stay safe.
Now that you’ve read the FAQs, it’s time to tell your friends and shoot me a message! Text me at (407) 314-5596, email me at SVFRMotorsports@gmail.com, or shoot me a message on Facebook - Sebastian Filutowski. Don’t let another year pass you by without doing something EPIC!
